Utilizing 3D Printing for Efficient Everyday Dentistry (CP110)
| 13 CE Credits Prerequisites: NonePrimescan and Primeprint ownership doesn't automatically translate into clinical utility. Many practices complete dealer implementation, start scanning for impressions, and stop there — never fully using DS Core, never printing surgical guides or provisionals in-house, and never building the new patient digital experience the technology makes possible.
The gap isn't interest or intent. It's a training gap.
This workshop is designed for new owners of Primescan scanners and Primeprint 3D printers who want to use both systems at their clinical and operational potential. The curriculum covers confident intraoral scanning technique, DS Core navigation including file management and lab communication, inLab design for splints, surgical guides, and provisional crowns and bridges, and how to fabricate study models, working models, and implant analog models in-house.
Participants Will Learn:
-
Perform confident intraoral scans using and deliver a seamless digital new patient experience from the very first appointment.
-
Leverage the full functionality of DS Core including file transfer, case management, lab communication, and patient-facing tools to run a seamlessly connected digital practice.
-
Design and 3D print splints, surgical guides, and provisional crowns and bridges in-house using inLab CAD and CAM.
-
Fabricate study models, working models with removable dies, and implant analog models.
