Advanced inLab Software Mastery (CL550)
| 13 CE Credits Prerequisites: Anterior Esthetics with Chairside CAD/CAM & Comprehensive Restorative Care with a Digital Workflow are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Recommended Prerequisite:
Anterior Esthetics with Chairside CAD/CAM (CL350) & Comprehensive Restorative Care with a Digital Workflow (CL450)
CEREC is exceptionally capable for the majority of restorative workflows. But it has a ceiling — complex implant restorations, digital splints, full-arch wax-ups, and 3D printing integration require inLab, and most advanced CEREC users haven't made the transition because there's been no structured path.
This workshop is designed for experienced CEREC users ready to expand into the broader Dentsply Sirona digital ecosystem. The curriculum covers inLab CAD and CAM navigation, crown and bridge design, implant restoration workflows including scan body selection and custom abutment design, digital splints, provisionals, and full-mouth rehabilitation planning in the inLab environment.
Participants Will Learn:
-
Navigate the inLab CAD and CAM software with greater efficiency and confidence for advanced restorative and laboratory workflows.
-
Design a wide range of restorations and appliances in inLab, including crowns, bridges, implant restorations, surgical guides, splints, provisionals, and full-mouth rehabilitations.
-
Utilize advanced digital workflows for implant dentistry, including scan body selection, model management, custom abutment design, and restoration fabrication.
-
Troubleshoot common digital workflow and design issues related to scanning, articulation, model generation, margins, restoration parameters, and manufacturing outcomes.
-
Integrate inLab workflows into daily clinical and laboratory practice to improve predictability, communication, efficiency, and overall treatment outcomes.
