Routine endo is one benchmark. Complex cases — curved canals, calcified anatomy, non-standard morphology, and difficult-to-anesthetize teeth — are a different clinical category, and most general dentists refer them out automatically.

That referral often isn't about capability. It's about not having a structured approach for cases that fall outside the standard workflow.

This workshop is designed for general dentists who handle routine endo and are ready to take on moderately to significantly complex cases in-house. The training covers CBCT-assisted diagnosis and treatment planning for complex cases, ultrasonic access technique, advanced shaping strategies for challenging anatomies, advanced irrigation activation protocols, and multiple obturation methods. Participants must bring extracted teeth — the curriculum is built around hands-on practice, not observation.

Participants Will Learn:

  • Utilize CBCT imaging and advanced diagnostic principles to evaluate complex endodontic cases and improve treatment planning predictability.
  • Perform conservative and precision-driven access techniques using ultrasonics to locate and negotiate complex canal systems.
  • Assess challenging root canal anatomies and apply advanced shaping strategies and file systems designed for complex canal morphology.
  • Compare and implement advanced irrigation protocols and activation techniques to optimize debridement in difficult anatomical configurations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in multiple obturation techniques and material selection to predictably manage complex endodontic cases.
